- PREORDERS -
Join preorders if you can wait.
Item will arrive approximately 10 working days after payment is made by us.
- PAYMENT -
Payment must be made within 48hrs, else item will be void.

All parcels will be mailed out in 2 working days upon payment.
All customers are encouraged to opt for registered parcel.
We will NOT be responsible for any damages & losses of parcels.
All items will be check again before mailing.
- SELF COLLECTION DETAILS -
Self collection is base on our convenient.
(mostly west area & town area)
- RETURN & REFUND POLICY -
All items are not REFUNDABLE unless “OUT OF STOCK”.
Lost parcel via normal mail will not be responsible by us.
Exchanges are only accepted if item are mailed out wrongly.
Parcel must be returned within 5working days.
We will not be responsible for any color variance, it might be due to each personal setting.
